Junior Systems Administrator - Internship
We are welcoming applications from students currently undertaking a sandwich year as part of their university degree program.
* Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026
* Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
* Available to start working full time from July 2025

The Challenge
Take-Two Interactive is seeking an aspiring Junior Systems Administrator to join their Support team as an intern. As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will support the wider support team in providing first line and second line support to end users, maintaining and configuring local site hardware and applications, and providing global infrastructure support.
What You’ll Take On
1. Providing 1st/2nd Line support to end users on site in London and remotely to corporate sites (especially EMEA) on all IT hardware and software issues.
2. Installing, configuring and maintaining IT hardware and software according to policies in place.
3. Troubleshooting and identifying the cause of hardware and software failures and providing corrective action to rectify the problem.
4. Identifying solutions which will reduce or eliminate the re-occurrence of hardware and software problems.
5. Ensuring email and other communication systems are operating properly, efficiently, and in accordance with corporate security.
6. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install and manage desktop, laptop and mobile computing devices.
7. Work with other technical teams to triage support tickets.
8. Assist in the development of and adhere to standardized hardware and software installation and support procedures.
9. Make suggestions for upgrades and timely replacement of hardware and software packages across the company.
10. Work alongside the Centralized Asset management team, assisting with their requests.
11. Provide support to other business units in the company as directed by IT management.
12. Ensure IT issues are being resolved in a timely manner according to the policies in place.
What You Bring
1. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (including Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory).
2. Knowledge of Mac hardware and OS/iOS (Including JAMF and ABM).
3. Knowledge of Okta and Zoom is advantageous.
4. Previous experience of ServiceNow is beneficial.
5. An understanding of ITIL processes.
6. Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in recording and reporting.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally.
8. Ability to interact with end users to successfully resolve queries and problems.
9. Proven experience with translating technical jargon into plain English.
10. Ability to work independently, using own initiative.
