Company Description
Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting a Branch Logistics Coordinator in the South East Team to support our team of Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFX) Engineers. The main goal of this role is to coordinate all aspects of the supply chain operations within the branch and support all warehousing and logistics aspects of the business.
Job Description
1. Process all incoming deliveries
2. Pick and pack orders
3. Organise dispatch and delivery of goods
4. Commissioning of fire extinguishers
5. Installation of fire extinguishers on customers’ sites
6. Ensure product is stored safely and clearly marked with product codes
7. Maintain a high level of communication with the sales team
8. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system
9. Lead and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes to deliver excellent customer service levels
Qualifications
1. Ideally have experience working in a warehouse or logistics
2. Have strong IT skills across Word, Excel, and Outlook
3. Be customer-focused with the ability to build relationships
4. Have good written and verbal communication skills
5. MUST HAVE A UK DRIVING LICENCE

Salary: £24,000 (Plus bonus scheme)
