The Content Operations team is growing and we need passionate people who are keen to help evolve our capabilities ready for the future of our business. You’ll work closely with heads and leaders throughout the business right up to C-level.
As a Lead Content Operations Manager you are - above all - accountable for leading a productive, happy and high-performing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in evolving content acquisition, publishing and governance and become a key stakeholder in several £multi-million programmes.

* Supporting your team and creating an open, collaborative and high-performing environment
* Own the metrics and functions that govern successful acquisition of content from creation to publication
* Contract procurement with suppliers
* Accountable for content acquisition processes and ensuring a healthy supply chain
* Accountable for the quality assurance and publication of content
* Accountable for the operational day to day relationship with numerous content suppliers
* Line management of the Content Operations team including setting OKRs, coaching, development and budgets
* Managing a complex network of existing senior stakeholders, and building new relationships across the business to facilitate Content initiatives
What will you bring to the table?
* Experience running large product content projects across multiple verticals and workstreams with diverse and senior stakeholders (including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams)
* Excellent communication skills (including presenting) and the ability to build consensus with large and distributed stakeholder groups
* Ability to implement quality standards for content and to train colleagues, including overseeing creation of documentation and reference materials
* Line management experience (including coaching and development)
* Contributing in a team setting but also acting autonomously with independent decision-making
* Experience of working with commercial business partners
* Assimilation of complex information - reporting on key metrics and using data analysis skills for decision making
* Desirable:
* Experience of using content tools such as digital asset management
* Knowledge of photography rights management
