We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Tenant Services Team as a Scheme Manager at Wesley House, Lowestoft. Your role As the successful candidate, you will provide high quality housing related support to older and vulnerable people at Wesley House, Lowestoft as well as covering our other Retired Living Schemes as and when required, promoting independence and providing a safe and secure environment for our tenants to live in. What you will need You will have previous experience of working in a customer facing role along with experience using ICT and software systems in day-to-day duties, and with other partners and agencies and dealt with difficult situations.
