About you We are looking for Social Workers who are passionate, highly skilled and knowledgeable with either several years of post-qualifying experience OR at least one year (ASYE completed) of post-qualifying experience WITH considerable assessment experience within a statutory adults social care setting. You should be able to demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and to work as part of a team, learning from and contributing to the development of others. You will also have the organisational and administrative skills necessary for managing a complex and varied caseload. We are looking for someone who wants to use these skills and knowledge in a more creative and innovative way.
