Job Description
* Manage and maintain client accounts
* Ensure timely collection of payments
* Resolve any arising invoice discrepancies
* Compile and sort invoices and checks
* Prepare regular reports on collection activity and accounts receivable status
* Support month-end closing processes
* Contribute to team efforts in meeting financial objectives
* Comply with company policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Strong knowledge and understanding of credit control processes
* Proficiency in relevant software applications
* A solid understanding of basic accounting principles
* Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
