Using our in-house CRM system, you will make outbound calls to connect with key decision-makers, identify potential project opportunities, and generate high-quality leads. Your ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products will help position our company as a trusted supplier in the market. In this role, youll manage and log all interactions in the system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups. Working closely with the sales team, youll support the sales pipeline by handing over qualified leads and contributing to the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation:Proactively call architects, main contractors, and subcontractors using our in-house database and Glenigan subscriptions. Database Management:Accurately update customer information and track lead progress in our CRM system. Market Insight:Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through engaging conversations. Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into opportunities. Target Achievement:Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals. Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Other Responsibilities Effectively communicate the benefits and USP of our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients. (Full training provided). Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our in-house system (Full training provided). Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from leads to sales opportunities. (Full training provided). What Were Looking For: Previous telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence, resilience, and persistence in engaging with various prospects. Comfortable working in a dynamic sales environment, working comfortably in a team and as an individual. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A working knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but not essential. What We Offer: Starting competitive salary of £12.00 per hour with a comprehensive commission structure. Realistic addition earnings of up to £6k OTE on top of the basic wage.
