37 Hours per week, Term time only plus 1 week - Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity to join our school as an Office Manager.
Manor Primary School is a vibrant, friendly, multi-cultural and inclusive school promoting the highest standards for all of our children, offering a broad and balanced curriculum with an aim of making people successful.
We are looking for someone to manage our busy school office with the ability to interact well with parents, pupils and staff.
The ideal person should be calm, caring, well-organised and highly experienced in school procedures and will report to both the Headteacher and School Business Manager.
Previous school office experience and SIMS knowledge is essential.
We are looking for someone who:
• is organised and efficient with good interpersonal skills
• is able to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and keep to deadlines
• is flexible and can work well under pressure
• can provide a PA service to the Headteacher
• has excellent IT skills particularly with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel and other IT based software
• has experience of working with SIMS and the ability to manage the pupil database
• has lots of energy, enthusiasm, patience and most of all a sense of humour
