Delivering World-Class Products Join us as a QA Tester in our Digital Workspaces Test team, working across all things Desktop related. You will enable our colleagues to deliver for our customers by ensuring that any changes to Desktop software/services are rigorously tested. You'll need to be good a delivering information to people, technical and non-technical, in this role as you will communicate updates to relevant business users. You will collaborate with our Release, Product and Project teams to ensure that testing is effective and that User Acceptance Testing is conducted efficiently. You will triage and escalate any defects to colleagues, and maintain full traceability of defects, tests and requirements.
