Experience in developing and delivering BTEC business at L3 and L2 qualifications. Create engaging curriculum materials and adapt teaching strategies to suit all learners. Foster an inclusive, respectful, and motivating classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues, pastoral teams, and external partners to support student success. Play an active role in the wider school community, including enrichment opportunities and pastoral support.Ideal Candidate Profile: Holds a relevant first degree and QTS. Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach Business & Economics at A-Level, BTEC, and T-Level Management & Administration.
