Where there is a requirement for sleepover shifts, you will receive, on top of your £12.19 per hour, an additional £96 for every sleepover shift you work!
Your Responsibilities
* Helping to provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others as part of a team.
* Supporting individuals within the community and engaging with their hobbies and interests, empowering individuals to develop skills and independence, promoting their overall growth.
* Attending various community groups and accompanying our service users to activities they are passionate about, from taking trips to the cinema, enjoying a morning swim, or participating in local groups or community projects, including holidays and trips away.
* Assisting with personal care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Celebrating achievements and milestones, both big and small, to create a rewarding and positive environment.
