We specialize in immigration for individuals and businesses, and also handle family and children’s issues and commercial matters expertly. Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails, and letters Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks Making travel and hotel arrangements Planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, and subsequently distributing them to all participants Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system Helping to implement policies and procedures Assisting the Director in managing business matters Entry Requirements Use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint Good attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, within the requirements of GDPR Ability to use initiative and judgement to resolve matters Training to Be Provided The successful candidate will complete a Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship standard: Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths – if applicable Functional Skills Level 2 in English – if applicable Future Prospects Excellent progression available within the company. The successful applicant will undertake more responsibilities as the apprenticeship develops with a strong view to securing permanent employment on completion.
