Job Description
Sous Chef wanted for this Italian casual dining restaurant which is part of a successful group. The restaurant currently holds a Bib Gourmand and you will be creating modern Italian cuisine using the best quality produce available. All pasta, breads and sauces are made fresh on site.

* £42,000 plus tronc (around £4,000 - £6,000 per annum)

This is a growing company with 2 new opening planned for next year. we are looking for strong chefs who want to grow with a successful restaurant group
As Sous Chef I would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers. experience at with Italian dining is not essential for this role but obviously this would be an advantage.
