Operations Administrator

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic administrator to join this busy and upbeat company based in York.

* Experience in logistics and supplier liaison.
The Operations Administrator will be:
* Coordinating accommodation, activities and schedules.
* Ensuring all travel components align with itineraries, handling last-minute changes swiftly and efficiently.
* Preparing essential documents (passenger lists, itineraries, etc.)
* Collaborating with Tour Guides, matching them with tours based on expertise and experience.
* Providing vital communication and support to ensure Tour Guides have everything they need.
