Main duties of the job As our new Substance Misuse Team Leader, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include: Manage the Recovery service onsite, including line management responsibility for 1 other Recovery Worker, expanding to 2/3 Manage the delivery of a busy and dynamic substance misuse service, providing psychosocial treatment interventions Play a key part within the prison's drug strategy Provide effective leadership to the SMS team, whilst forming part of the Senior Leadership Team onsite Review and improve the service offered to patients, ensuring that the team are delivering a high quality, safe, effective and efficient service to the patients If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
