We’re entering our next exciting phase of growth, and with that, we've got new opportunities emerging across Co-op Wholesale, like this one. In this role, you will work closely with the Retail Sales team, providing detailed reports on service levels, value programs, and SLA/KPI performance as part of key contract agreements with our major account partners. Your insights and analysis will directly influence strategic decision-making and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business. We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety — you’ll be analysing and automating reports for monthly customer meetings, uncovering trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your work will be instrumental in optimising supply chain efficiency and supporting the business’s long-term strategic goals. What you’ll do Provide insights and data to support growth projects, helping to reduce costs and improve overall profitability of Co-op Wholesale. Deliver insights to enhance service and value to members, ensuring the right balance between service quality and cost efficiency. Respond quickly to data and analytical requests, enabling fast and informed decision-making. Produce regular reports and data insights to support contractual agreements with Key Account Partners. Identify opportunities to automate data outputs and provide clear insights into what the data reveals. Communicate findings through a clear and engaging narrative that effectively shares the story behind the data. This role would suit people who have Relevant analytical experience with experienced in analysing large datasets from various systems and sources to generate actionable insights and reporting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including third parties.
