As, Recruitment & Resourcing Advisor you will:

Talent Pipeline Development – Partner with business functions to build talent pipelines aligned with resource plans, key roles, and critical skills shortages for both employees and volunteers.

Sourcing & Candidate Attraction – Utilise various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing and certificate of sponsorship, to attract high-quality candidates for difficult-to-fill vacancies.
*
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding – Work with marketing colleagues to develop resourcing campaigns and ensure a strong employer brand presence across career and volunteer platforms.
*
Stakeholder & Agency Management – Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor), ensuring compliance with contracts and frameworks.

Process Improvement & Hiring Manager Support – Develop new recruitment tools, coach line managers on best hiring practices, and implement improvements to enhance the overall resourcing approach.

Compliance & Recruitment Budget Management – Ensure adherence to employment laws (e.g., IR35), manage recruitment advertising and agency budgets efficiently, and track ROI on recruitment investments.
We’re seeking someone with:

Full Recruitment Life Cycle Knowledge – Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process, from talent attraction to onboarding.
*
Project Management Expertise – Experience in delivering resourcing projects and improving recruitment strategies within an organisation.
*
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Proficiency – Hands-on experience using ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
*
Labour Law & Compliance Awareness – Strong knowledge of employment regulations, worker status legislation, and compliance requirements in recruitment.
*
Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Experience (Desirable) – Understanding of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing best practices.

Senior-Level & In-House Recruitment Experience (Desirable) – Experience in managing senior appointments and working within an in-house recruitment function.
