As an IT Apprentice, youll become an integral part of our dedicated IT team, gaining hands-on experience and working towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and user requests via phone and email.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
3. Progress support calls internally or escalate to third-party providers as needed.
4. Document user interactions and maintain an accurate help logging database.
5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and assist with resolving application, system, and infrastructure issues.
6. Work with technologies like Active Directory, Office 365, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
