Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for supporting two executives with the following responsibilities:
1. Complex diary management
2. Travel and Accommodation Booking
3. General Administration
4. Multiple inbox management
5. Document preparation
6. Taking minutes
7. Booking and setting up meeting rooms
8. Managing and keeping expenses
9. Query Management
10. Stakeholder Management
11. Event Coordination
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will have:
1. Prior experience in a similar role
2. Excellent organisation and time management skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office Suite
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Able to adapt and pick up new processes
7. A strong work ethic
