About the role:
ROLI is looking for an executive assistant for the CEO to join our collaborative team and work closely with our founder/CEO.
The ideal Executive Assistant will have a broad range of experiences that demonstrate the key competencies needed to succeed in this role, including an ability to dive into every area of the business and learn quickly, work flexibly, and bring great initiative to all activities. As a core support of the CEO, the candidate must also be discreet, tenacious, and intellectually curious.
Executive Assistants with excellent written and analytical skills will be best placed to succeed in this role. As you work with the CEO, you will gain 360-degree insight into our rapidly growing and innovative business, with exposure to all areas of development and operations.

Responsibilities:
Organize and support the CEO’s time management
* Coordinate all CEO meetings with home life responsibilities.
* Deliver a weekly schedule snapshot every Monday, provide daily updates and key info, and swiftly tackle any scheduling conflicts.
* Ensure all technology is set up and thoroughly tested before each meeting to avoid any issues.
* Proactively monitor and anticipate upcoming events, ensuring all necessary preparations are made in advance to guarantee smooth execution and avoid any last-minute concerns.
* Coordinate all aspects of travel for appointments, including booking transportation, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
Provide administrative and business support to the CEO
* Keep the CEO’s devices and ROLI products charged, updated, and ready to go.
* Assist with food and drinks when required.
* Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Provide extensive fundraising support, from investor research to investment materials preparation to due diligence.
* Create Keynote presentations and slides, and write copy for investment presentations.
* Keep a running spreadsheet of investment leads, processes, and follow-ups.
Assist the CEO in managing the balance between family, home life, and work commitments
* Offer business and admin support to Tahmima Anam (Executive Director).
* Manage the intersection of professional and personal schedules.
* Handle daily personal tasks like dry cleaning, house/car maintenance, and coordinating with healthcare professionals and insurance providers.
* Organize all home tech - smart speakers, iPads, passwords, ROLI Learn and Create devices.
What you’ll need:
* Proven successful experience in VC, finance, consulting, strategy, and/or investment banking.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Extensive report-writing and presentation experience.
* Familiarity with financial modelling.
* Execution-oriented but with the ability to see the wider strategic picture.
* Extremely well-organised, with ability to drive projects forwards independently and with ambiguous direction.
* Strong initiative and drive to succeed, with excellent follow-through.
* Extremely resilient, someone who thrives on the pressure of building a fast-growing business.
* Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Willing to travel and take on all support-related tasks on business trips.
* A passion for music, technology, and/or startups.
