RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for an experienced Finance Manager. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants whilst being a pivotal part of system and process improvements.

The Role
* Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Accruals and prepayments
* Monthly Profit & Loss
* VAT Returns
* Supporting, developing and overseeing a small transactional team
* Supporting and leading projects, company growth, system upgrades and process improvements
* Year end and audit preparations
* Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required
The Person
* CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified
* Worked within an SME as a Finance Manager or a larger business as a management accountant would be an advantage
* Experience with implementation of a new system would be an advantage
* Experienced with managing or overseeing a small team
