The Role As our Debt Advice Assistant, you’ll be supporting a busy team of Debt Caseworkers. You will perform essential administrative tasks, manage client and third party enquiries, and assist in gathering information from clients and creditors. This is a crucial role; you’ll need to be a good communicator, and confident in the use of IT, particularly setting up and managing spreadsheets.
