In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Financial Planners, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Your Workplace
You will be based at our scenic Schroders Campus near Horsham, West Sussex, surrounded by the beauty of the countryside while enjoying modern facilities. Our campus boasts state-of-the-art software and hardware, alongside amenities such as an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and gym. Plus, we provide a shuttle service for commuters to and from Horsham’s mainline train station. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are open to flexible working arrangements.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our client-facing teams, you will:
* Provide administrative support to our Chartered Financial Planners throughout the advice process.
* Prepare meeting packs, documentation, and reports for client meetings and annual reviews, assisting with both electronic and face-to-face engagements.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including application submissions and maintaining accurate data within our internal CRM system, Enable.
* Maintain contact with clients and providers during processing to ensure smooth operations.
* Conduct electronic AML checks and prepare letters of authority to gather information from ceding schemes and providers for client research.
* Assist in collating client data to construct recommendation reports and prepare related correspondence.
* Oversee new business submissions and asset transfers, ensuring all compliance documentation is managed effectively.
* Prepare and send documents for electronic signing via Adobe Sign.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries from clients and providers.
* Manage post processing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and email correspondence.
What You Bring
* Team Player: Motivated and comfortable working collaboratively, able to develop strong relationships with advisers, clients, and professional connections.
* Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks within a deadline-driven environment, making sound decisions and maintaining composure under pressure.
* Experience: A minimum of 12 months of administration experience within Financial Services, preferably in wealth management or financial planning.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Client Management Systems and readiness to learn our internal systems, Enable and Fusion.
* Adaptability: An aspirational individual who embraces change and shares our corporate culture.
* Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, communication abilities, and high standards of literacy are essential.
Desired Qualifications
* R01, FA1, FA2 Qualified, or actively pursuing these qualifications is a plus.
