The Clinical Education Manager Continence Care (CEMCC) will shape, plan, and deliver a multi-channel program of education, supporting the strategic growth priorities of the Continence Care business in the UKI
The role will establish Hollister and Fittleworth as the preferred choice for Clinical Education that strengthens customer relationships while helping to improve patient outcomes. The CEMCC will serve as the Continence Care clinical expert for the UK&I market. As a key member of the team the position will contribute to our strategic growth drivers and play a vital role in elevating Hollister and Fittlerworth’s presence in healthcare professional education.
The role will include national travel.
Responsibilites:
* Develop custom educational curriculum and content for healthcare professionals, utilising various channels
* Establish and build strong relationships with clinical faculty to support build and execution of educational content
* Create and deliver effective educational programs that assist with UKI PBU and SBU strategic objectives (e.g. infection prevention/ symposiums)
* Plan and manage the education calendar in line with our UK&I JDS Win strategy and in collaboration with the Marketing Team
* Collaborate with Product and Marketing Managers to drive HCP engagement activities including Research, External Publications and Large Events
* Assist Sales/ Clinical Teams with local education events in alignment with local business plans
* Form strategic partnerships with external bodies/ customer groups (e.g. BAUN to shape and endorse curriculum)
* Work closely with the Global Clinical Education Team to shape relevant UK market content
* Lead education and clinical content at key conferences
* KOL development: build, execute and own a UKI KOL development strategy to support achieving brand objectives
* Travel with Sales/Clinical Team to mentor and provide direct feedback within clinical focus
* Monitor and report performance of clinical programs/assets and optimise efficiencies as they assist in implementing future customer programs and educational initiatives
* Manage personal administrative and budgetary responsibilities
Work Experience Requirements:
* Registered Nurse
* Proven Continence Care nurse experience
* Proven skills in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning strategies
* Experience in industry in marketing, sales
* Experience in medical device marketplace
Specialised Skills / Technical Knoweldge:
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to influence through public speaking
* Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills
* Management skills; planning, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and time management
* Strategic thinker
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools including word and Powerpoint
* Published and presented nationally/ internationally
