Work-Life Balance in Special Education
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Oakfield House School in the North West. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership and the Locality Clinical Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will also have experience working with neurodivergent children, possessing excellent report-writing skills, and ability to supervise a therapy team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for clinically leading the team, holding a therapy caseload, and coordinating line management of onsite clinical team members. Your role will involve delivering assessments and interventions, providing supervision, and contributing to staff training and consultation.
