Brief Overview: Recently awarded a Platinum Investor in People award, this fabulous business sitting in the field of health and wellness is on the lookout for a new addition to their small Marketing team. The role: A new role for the team, the role of Brand Marketing Coordinator will focus on leading the coordination and execution of their education and events programme, as well as the development and distribution of brand and marketing materials. You'll be involved with the end-to-end management of seminars, webinars, product workshops and external events which will involve liaising with suppliers, delegates, as well as internal stakeholders. You'll oversee event logistics to include budgeting, venue sourcing, travel arrangements, internal briefings, and on-site coordination as well as assiting in the preparation of event-specific marketing materials such as artwork, literature and stand design. You'll be expected to attend events (some not all) which are throughout the country and will also collate and share post-event reports and insights. From a brand perspective you will update marketing and brand materials and monitor stock levels. and will also maintain the marketing and brand materials resource library. You'll brief artworkers and liaise with printers and suppliers and will manage the distribution of marketing and brand materials to internal and external stakeholders. You'll get involved with the procurement process for materials and will also monitor and respond to the marketing inbox What we’re looking for: We're looking for candidate who may currently be in a marketing administration or assistant role who are looking for the next step and who wish to have greater involvement with the events and branding sides of marketing. You'll be organised and methodical and be capable of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers. Any experience of using Eventbright or Monday.com would be an advantage, but not essential. You'll be able to attend the various events throughout the year and will be keen to become involved with assisting the brand development. What’s on Offer?
