Candidates will be qualified solicitors handling a full private client caseload which includes wills, probate and estate work, POAs and Court of Protection matters. Some experience with trusts and tax planning (mainly advising on IHT & CGT issues) is preferred.
STEP members or student STEP members are of particular interest but this is not essential.
Candidates who have around 1- 4 years pqe are likely to have the right level of knowledge/gained the right level of experience that will be needed to be able to undertake this role.
