Autism Support Worker
There is a school based in Seaford that caters to pupils who are on the Autistic spectrum and have complex needs who are looking for an enthusiastic and competent Autism Support Worker. For a young person with Autism to succeed. This school in particular cater to yr3-y6 boys with Autism.
This role includes:
1. Supporting children with autism on a group and 1:1 basis.
2. Assisting with classwork
3. Behaviour management
4. Helping pupils with their daily routine
5. Creating an Education Healthcare Plan (ECHP).

The Ideal Candidate should have:
6. Autism teaching assistant/support experience (min 1 year)
7. Happy to help with personal care
8. PECS or MAKATON experience desirable
9. Encouraging attitude and positive regard.
10. Behaviour management experience
