About the Finance Team: The Director of Finance provides strategic leadership for the department and works closely with the Financial Controller and Head of Finance Business Partnering. The finance department’s key strategic priorities are to ensure best use of resources for all children across the Trust, and to ensure continuous development of our high-quality financial service and streamlining and automation of processes, while maintaining a robust control environment. The Finance department supports the entire Trust with separate teams to support financial accounting and business partnering. The Accounts Payable and Receivables team reports into the Financial Controller and provides an invaluable centralised financial service to our Trust. About You: As a Finance Assistant at Creative Education Trust, you'll be an essential part of our Accounts Payable and Receivables team, delivering a high-quality financial service to the entire Trust. Our ideal candidate would: Be organised, efficient, and capable of multitasking under pressure Demonstrate a strong team spirit, be resilient, motivated and committed to improving standards. Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Have a proven background in working within a finance team and proficiency in purchase ledger processing.
