Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and oversee our newly integrated Advice and Advocacy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams within the third sector, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Disabled individuals, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support our Advice and Advocacy teams through a transformative period, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that meet the diverse needs of our community. Drive strategic initiatives to dismantle barriers and promote Disability rights across East Anglia. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in leadership roles within the third sector, preferably in Disability rights or advocacy. Knowledgeable about the barriers and challenges faced by Disabled individuals. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate change and drive innovation.
