The role: In this role you will be responsible for Dealing with face to face enquiries emails answering Telephone calls Developing the 1-2-1 swimming lessons offer Working as part of a strong swimming teacher team and wider colleagues. Being involved with school swimming completing end of term reports. We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual’s to join our team at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure. To be successful in this role you must have Experience of supporting a management team with administrative tasks. Good IT skills including word and excel. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Good time management skills. warm and friendly personality and feel comfortable working with the whole team, customers, suppliers and contractors as required. Level 1 & 2 Swimming teacher qualifications is desirable or are willing to be trained. Working Hours: 10 hours a week working Monday to Friday Primary Location: move Urmston Your primary location will be Urmston although you could be expected to work from our various sites across Trafford although we are happy to work flexibly with you.
