Peregrine - RTD Recruitment Operations Specialist Location: Home based with travel into London office. Initially 9 -12 month Contract position Job Summary: The Recruitment Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing the onboarding, ensuring all RTD Specialist and Future Talent consultants are fully compliant to start at Peregrine. The Operations Specialist will ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organisation's hiring goals. This role involves streamlining the onboarding process, managing tools and technologies and supporting the Operations Manager with high level projects. You will act as the main point of contact for all operational queries relating to the service including onboarding, vetting & screening, system amendments and become a super user for our technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Management of Peregrine’s RTD Specialist and Future Talent Consultants onsite and the relationship between Operations Team and the Customer Experience Managers • Day to day point of contact for the consultants on all matters relating to onboarding and contractual queries • Responsible for onboarding new joiners through offer processing, vetting & screening and right to work, ensuring each consultant is fully compliant by following the official processes. • Quality Assurance checking all new offers, ensuring system information has been completed • Identify missing information and flag to Delivery teams for retrieval of information in a timely manner • Support the Operations Manager with high level projects, meetings and escalations/ investigations and absence cover • Generating contracts and Key Information Documents for consultants through the onboarding process • Ensure all processes are GDPR compliant, update process where necessary • Ensuring to file all key onboarding documents in the systems for audit trail purposes • Responsible for supporting with continuous improvement with regards to changes in processes and developments around the onboarding process • Support Operations Manager in analysing and refining onboarding processes to improve efficiency and enhance the overall candidate experience. • User guide creation, ensuring that end to end onboarding processes have been documented • Requesting amendments to existing reports for the needs of the Operations Team/ CEM Teams. • Support team members with overseeing Extensions, SOW’s and PO’s that are requested and received into Operations Team, ensuring all requests and PO’s are processed within the SLA’s • Process complex Purchase Orders within the SLA • Identify technology issues within our systems, investigate and resolve in the first instance. Where required, work with Technology Teams to raise issues, support with investigations leading to resolution of system faults. • Support Operations Manager in delegating urgent tasks to Operations Team • Support Operations Manager in developing and performing training workshops to the RTD Team • Act as a Superuser for our HR Cascade System, Bullhorn and TalentLink • Checking and investigating errors to ensure the system remains accurate for reporting on live headcount and future growth for Senior Leadership Teams Qualifications: • Previous experience in recruitment operations or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding processes and best practices.
