Sevacare delivers high quality care and support to vulnerable adults. We are part of Grosvenor Health & Social Care Group, managing the operations here in the Midlands. Our On call team provides support to service users, staff and third parties working out of hours from our office in Birmingham.
You will be working in a small, professional, and friendly office, using several systems to resolve all queries in a timely and efficient manner. We are currently looking for a professional, empathetic, and caring individual to work within a friendly and diverse team, delivering an excellent customer experience.
Previous care experience would be preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, previous customer service experience and computer literacy along with evidence of working as part of team(s), are essential.
Responsibilities
1. Answering queries from service users, staff, third parties, and general members of the public.
2. Accurately entering data into care management system, MS Word, or Excel.
3. Communicating verbally and electronically via email with different stakeholder groups within the organisation and across the Grosvenor group.
4. Managing and organising care support for vulnerable adults.
5. Supporting field staff in delivery of care in the community.
6. Working shifts that meet the needs of the business.

Hours & Shift Pattern:
You will also be flexible with working hours as the role will involve working out of hours.
Weekdays:
06:00am - 09:00am (07:00am start available)
05:00pm - 10:00pm (Some shifts finish at 11:00pm)
Weekend and Bank Holidays:
06:00am - 02:00pm (07:00am start available)
02:00pm - 21:30pm (Some shifts finish at 11:00pm)
Pay Rates:
We offer competitive rates. Here are the details:
£12 per hour
Holidays:
Since the job is based on a pro-rata basis, it is calculated based on your availability. For instance, if you work 5 days a week, the entitlement is 28 days per annum.
