As an integral member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing a strategic, professional HR service that fosters a positive work environment and ensures compliance with HR legislation and best practices across both Manufacturing and Services Factory's.
Main Purpose
Our ideal candidate will oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, conducting right to work checks, and ensuring policies and practices are compliant with all current HR legislation. They will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform organizational decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for manufacturing and services factory roles.
* Conduct thorough right to work checks for all new hires.
* Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with current legislation.
* Analyze and interpret data to inform organizational decisions and drive business growth.
