We have 1, full-time paediatric Research Nurse post available based in the NIHR Clinical Research Facility at University Hospital Southampton. This role will provide regular contact with children and their families and will involve research that will make a real difference in future patient care.Our Paediatric research team consists of over 25 nurses/clinical research practitioners and clinical trials assistants working together to bring exciting research opportunities to the UHS for the benefit of our patients and the future of healthcare. The paediatric research nursing teamwork across all specialities within The Children's Hospital and out in the community. There is no set shift rotation but the majority of the time you will work Monday to Friday 8-4 pm; however we expect that you will also work a variety of flexible hours including long days, nights, and weekends on an ad-hoc basis as per your research study requirements.
