Your responsibilities will include:
14. Work with the License team to identify, qualify and develop each business opportunity, within existing accounts and in new accounts, agreeing on a sales strategy and a close plan.
15. Develop and maintain strong lasting relationships with key decision makers and partners.
16. Manage customer relations, ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
17. Develop account plans with sales propositions and pipeline to achieve annual targets.
18. Drive the entire sales cycle, including the ability to: Orchestrate discovery meetings and link solutions to customer pain points; Identify the appropriate consulting value proposition and interpret it to the customer; Own, manage and drive forward all aspects of the sale. Coordinating amongst the following teams: License, Solution, Bid, Commercial, Legal and Risk; Structure winning presentations / proposals / RFP responses / contracts; Drive relationships with procurement / partners to negotiate contract terms and pricing.
19. Accurately forecast against targets on a quarterly basis.
20. Coach and mentor more junior colleagues
