Office Manager Reports to : Sales & Marketing Director Location : Countrywide House, Barnsley, South Yorkshire The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office function, providing key support to the business in achieving its sales and revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the office team, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity, and performance. Conduct employee appraisals, support recruitment processes, and ensure team members meet their individual KPIs and objectives. Serve as a role model, fostering a culture of sales growth, high customer service standards, and collaboration. Provide training and coaching to the internal sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to meet customer requirements and deliver exceptional service. Collaborate with the sales team to understand the product range and customer needs, ensuring that the team has the necessary product knowledge to support sales efforts. Oversee the onboarding process for new business, ensuring smooth transitions and issue-free implementation. Function as a point of escalation for customer issues and internal queries, providing timely resolution and supporting decision-making where required. Drive promotional sales activity, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds set sales targets and contributes to business growth. Monitor team performance and activity to ensure business processes are followed and that sales opportunities are maximised. Continuously assess and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and maximise results. Provide regular performance reports to the Sales & Marketing Director, identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategies for better outcomes. Take on any additional duties and responsibilities that may arise to support the evolving needs of the business.
