Hours Post: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time only
Salary Grade: Scale 2, point 4 - £24,404 FTE
(salary will be pro rata to part time, term time hours)

St George’s CE Primary School are looking for a self-motivated and committed administrator, with the responsibility for administering and analysing pupil attendance. You will have excellent team working skills, to be part of our hardworking school team.
You will be the first point of contact for parents, carers and visitors to the school, and must be welcoming, personable, supportive and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner.
The school office is an extremely busy and fast passed environment, therefore the ability to self-manage, multitask, whist remaining calm, committed, responsive and approachable is essential.
The successful applicant will:
Skilled at using systems for managing attendance and school administration
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
Have a calm, courteous and professional manner
Be numerate with excellent literacy skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages
Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise a wide-ranging workload and be adaptable to changing demands
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Able to work well in a team
Enjoy working in a school environment in a vibrant and diverse urban community
To participate in training as identified.

Responsible for recording, analysing and promoting good pupil attendance.
