The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: -Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and ability to teach a range of subjects. -Experience working in a school environment, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. -Knowledge of the challenges faced by students with medical and SEMH needs and the ability to provide appropriate support. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders. -Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. -A positive and flexible approach, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
