Responsibilities
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
* Weld and fabricate components as needed for repairs or modifications.
* Maintain and troubleshoot logic controllers, ensuring optimal functionality.
* Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing issues effectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during service calls.
* Supervise and lead small teams on specific projects or tasks when required.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Document all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar Handy Man role or relevant trade experience is essential.
* Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge is required; familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous.
* Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
* Experience in supervising or leading teams is preferred but not mandatory.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail is essential.
