This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping skills, experience in general administration, and a knack for excellent communication and customer service. Day-to-day of the role: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to processing payments, maintaining financial records, and managing invoices. Handle general administrative duties to support the finance function. Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing high-quality customer service. Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the finance department. Utilise various software and tools to streamline financial processes and administrative tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in bookkeeping and general administration. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
