The High Farm is situated in between Cookridge and Adel in North Leeds and has excellent links to the local community. This stone built pub with beams and stone flooring gives the pub real character and the beer gardens to the front and side of the pub double the size of it on those long sunny days.
Within the pub there are 2 separate rooms each with their own bar, providing the opportunity to host functions and events whilst the locals can enjoy their regular pints over a game of pool or darts. There is an ample size kitchen giving further opportunity to deliver your own food offer that you will get to keep 100% of the income from. The pub is surrounded by plenty of parking, there is a bus stop in close proximity and a popular supermarket to grab those thirsty shoppers.
High Farm is currently trading around £7,500 per week 100% wet only. The site would suit an operator that has proven skills in building alliances with the local community and has the desire to deliver a consistent and quality food offer to further support and grow the sales. Previous experience running a community estate pub and proven track record in sales initiatives involving the locals would be beneficial for this site.
