About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Delivery Leader to lead our repairs maintenance, voids, energy, and planned works contract with Medway Council. This role will be responsible for managing the successful delivery or services in collaboration with our partners, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. Through strong and visible leadership, you will effectively and consistently deliver the exceptional every day. Representing the business well, you will lead a team of operational, technical, and commercial colleagues whilst developing relationships with clients, our customers, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the organisation’s strategic and operational plans and using insight to drive continuous improvement. You will proactively, effectively, and competently manage and develop; your team(s), finance, operating procedures, our services whilst identifying opportunities to grow Mears overall business with the client. Key Responsibilities: Lead the partnership delivery team, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of repairs maintenance, voids energy and planned works. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Oversee contract management activities including performance, quality, commercial outcomes, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, service, quality, and client satisfaction. Role Criteria: Understanding and experience of social housing maintenance contracts is essential. Strong customer service ethos and commitment to deliver great customer experience for our customers. Experience of delivering planned energy works through the PAS framework. Knowledge of SHDF Experience of delivering planned works programmes more than £5m pa Experience of leading a team in a senior / strategic role Experience of leading mobilisation of a new contract Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge internally and externally. Knowledge of contracts and contract management Commercially astute Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to achieve targets. Ability to proactively manage, analyse and influence outcomes utilising data. Evidence of achieving, monitoring, and managing performance targets. Management of complaints which are promptly resolved and dealt with appropriately. Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of health and safety practices. Full current UK driving licence.
