Mortgage and Protection Supervisor You will play a key role in ensuring we meet regulatory requirements relating to mortgage and protection advice. With a focus on integrity and attention to detail, you will be responsible for safeguarding the interests of our clients by ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes through the delivery of quality advice. What you will be doing Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Client Services, you will be responsible for: Ensuring new consultants achieve Competent Adviser Status Ensuring existing consultants maintain Competent Advisor Status Completing advice reviews in line with the firms Training and Competence Scheme Conducting regular 121’s to review consultant’s KPI’s Dealing with consultant advice related queries Completing client quality assurance calls Supporting the MD with consultant CPD training Supporting the firm with their ongoing commitment to Consumer Duty Supporting the firm with their investigation of complaints Supporting the firm with their annual SMCR obligations Your experience and qualifications Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements Experience in supervising a team of mortgage and protection consultants Experience in file reviews in relation to mortgage and protection advice CEMAP is essential Coaching and mentoring skills Able to tackle difficult conversations Planning and organisation skills Further details Working hours 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday Hybrid, 4 days in the office, Wednesdays at home once passed probation
