Main duties: Ordering stationery and PPE Answering the phones and directing calls Responding to emails Helping with processing payroll Helping to resolve general admin queries General department admin such as filing, updating quarantine logs, shredding Important criteria: Strong admin skills Quick learner Previous experience working as an office Administrator Polite engaging manneron the telephone Good written Englishfor sending emails Preferably someone with payroll experience, ADP would be a benefit but not necessary. About the role: Monday to Friday, office full time Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm 30-minute break 37.5 hours/week Salary between 28k-29k (£14.36 to £14.87/hour based on the 37.5 hours/week) Immediate start next week for the right candidates Temp to perm contract for the right candidate.
