Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Leader in Experience Cloud SFDC In this role you will be responsible for developing the Digital Applications for Global Clients. Responsibilities Define the overall strategy for Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation and usage within the organization. Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital experience and customer engagement. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Experience Cloud solutions. Design the information architecture, navigation, and user experience that align with business goals and user needs. Create technical architecture documentation, including data models, integration approaches, and security considerations. Lead and participate in the development and configuration of Salesforce Experience Cloud components, including pages, templates, communities, and integrations. Ensure the utilization of best practices for customization, including Lightning components, Visualforce, and Apex code when needed. Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs for seamless experiences across devices. Work closely with stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Support, and IT, to gather requirements and prioritize projects. Communicate project updates, progress, and potential roadblocks to leadership and relevant teams. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a visually appealing and intuitive user interface. Monitor and analyze the performance of the Experience Cloud solutions, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize user experience, functionality, and business impact. Multi region (global) roll out experience is a must. Preferred Skills: Relevant years of total experience in Salesforce and more predominantly in Experience Cloud. Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and integration technologies. Experience in leading and managing teams, fostering collaboration, and mentoring team members. Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, responsive design, and mobile user interface development. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud projects on time and within scope. Experienced in working closely with team leaders/architects. Good communication skills to communicate the point of view effectively to the team and highlight if there is any risk involved to higherups in time Familiar with Enterprise Integration Patterns, EDA, RAML, SOA, Microservices patterns and related technologies. MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Informatica or Dell Boomi exposure, at least one of them as a middleware is necessary and exposure to more than one is preferred. Good knowledge of protocols such as ssh, sFTP,FTPS, TLS1.2, OpenIdConnect, OAuth2.0, encryption algorithms and application of it. Good knowledge of Out of Box features for integrations. Excellent problem solving and programming skills. Must have experience in LWC, APEX, Triggers, Batches, Async programming code knowledge. Excellent skills in HMTL5, CSS3 and Javascript Hands on experience in SOAP, REST enabled applications (Server to Server Web Services) Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and Salesforce support for it is a must require skill. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration with back-end systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.).
