Seeking an experienced Paid Media specialist with expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social to join an award-winning, and independent digital marketing agency as a Paid Media Account Director.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Strategy & Leadership: Oversee client accounts, aligning strategies with business goals, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Team Development: Mentor and support Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Operations & Communication: Lead client meetings, manage project workflows and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
* New Business Development: Lead pitches for new business, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to agency positioning.
* Channel Expertise: Provide expert guidance on Paid Search and Paid Social, keeping up-to-date with market trends.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social, particularly Google Ads and Meta platforms.
* Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, delivering results, and managing high-profile client accounts.
* Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to craft and execute effective marketing strategies.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing and analytics tools
