A leading bio-pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager Korean speaking to join their HR team in Stockley Park. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, focusing on Employee Relations (ER) support in the UK and various international locations, with a particular emphasis on the Korean market. This role is integral to our strategic initiatives and will report to the Head of International Employee Relations.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of International Employee Relations in the UK, this role is responsible for managing a broad range of employee relations (ER) cases and supporting business change projects, with a focus on Asia.
Based in London, the Senior Employee Relations Manager will work closely with the UK ER team and support the Asia ER lead with advisory services across Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Australia. Early morning starts will be required, with hours of work open for discussion.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide ER support in the UK and collaborate with the Lead ER partner in Asia.
2. Serve as an expert on ER issues like performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and HR policies.
3. Advise and support employees, managers, and HR by conducting investigations, responding to complaints, and supporting business changes.
4. Offer insights on employment principles, employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations.
5. Review and recommend ER policies, create change management plans, and identify workplace trends.
6. Analyse employee relations data to develop programs for an ideal work environment.
7. Design and facilitate HR training and workshops.
8. Collaborate with Legal and other departments on ER matters.
9. Support investigations and cross-border projects.
