About The Role
Essential Criteria
* Enhanced DBS on the update service/must be willing to process one with us.
* A patient and reliable working character.
* Must be able to work Monday-Friday all day.
* Previous experience working with challenging behaviour.
The Role Itself
* Working 1:1 with a child who needs additional support for education focus.
* Commitment to the understanding of the child's individual developmental targets.
* Supporting a teacher's plan for the child's future progress.

Salary
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are:
* Referable experience working with children.
* Excellent communication skills.
