Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Administrator
Location: Newcastle under Lyme, ST5 – Office Based
Employment Type: Temporary, Full Time (Monday – Friday)
Pay: £12 per hour
Start Date: 18th November (12 week assignment)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support our customer service department by handling administrative tasks, responding to customer enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
Data Entry: Input and update customer information and transaction details in our CRM and other relevant systems.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team member for resolution.
Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details and following up as necessary.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties and supporting the wider team.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
Able to commit to a temporary assignment with flexibility in working hours as required. What We Offer:
